Mental health issues such as acute stress, anxiety, depression and others may affect employees’ well being when left unchecked. This often results into productivity problems such as poor decision making, ineffective teams, unmet deadlines and others. It is in the interest of employers to invest in mental health of employees, to guarantee effectiveness and efficiency of the workforce at all times.
